I recently bought a Jog RR 06 plate, It was all fine until I snapped a bolt in the cylinder where you bolt the exhaust on, so I got a new Cylinder kit and new Stage 6 Pro Replica pipe, ran that in perfectly and it was all great, I cleaned out the carb and changed the air filter, set up the carb and it was great, until one time, I was out riding, I stopped for an hour, started my ped and warmed it up and then the revs just keep bouncing at a certain rpm and then it will shoot off and accelerate and then get stuck again, I've got a new clutch and new rollers, everything seems to be fine, The ped only have 3500miles done so there can't be that much wrong, I've tried everything, today I took off the float bowl and then tried to adjust the carb and now I can't even adjust the carb at all? It just bogs out no matter what you set it to. Any solutions?
