i tryed upjeting my carb from a 63 to a 88 and when i started my bike up the smoke that came out was blue ish and thick.. when i tred to rev it struggled i messt around with the mixer screw but it made no difference any ideas anyone... and on my manifold there are two pipes on it apparently there somthing to do with cooling but i think the manifold is restricted any ideas wot to do anyone got anyideas wot a good setup to use
why did you upjet like 25 sizes? its blatantly going to be richer than branson and messing with the mixture screw was a bad idea unles you remember what position it was at before fucking with it
Yes I know You see I had a spare carb so I tryed jetting that so it didn't fuck up the one that's on it now.its called lateral thinking and some one said that to use a big jet so that's why I tryed a 88 But after all that and thinking my bike was restrict now am thinking its not as I took it for a spin and now am getting about 70 out of it so don't know wot I have done But now my battery keeps going flat it's got me puzzled
