Basically, spark plug colour was fine and now it suddenly appears white (running to lean), maybe because its revving higher with the roller change? It's an Aerox with a standard 62 jet in a standard carb, Hebo NG performer exhaust, Polini carbon reeds, 3.5g rollers (revs to a bitch), malossi clutch, red malossi filter foam. Roughly what size jet should I be running? Garage gave me a 72, hardly moves cos its getting so much petrol, but they've been kind enough for me to keep changing them till its right at no extra charge. Just need a rough idea of what jet, because obviously every motor's different.

unless you've got a crank seal on the way out, that would draw air in and weaken the mix.

Can't see it being crank seal, it's just when I put the exhaust on, I think best thing to do is start with 64 and work my way up. They said to play with mixture screw on carb aswell though?

don't touch your mixture yet. one thing at once. start high and work down, that way it dosn't damage the motor.

i'd reccomend starting at 68 and keep plug chopping, i think 66 should be about right though.
