Hi guys, I've recently put a new pm 70's kit on my 2002 zip, I have also put new veriator, springs and clutch bell. I also have a pm 360 exhaust. What would be the best jet to put on my bike I think I currently have a 65 and someone told me to put a 120? Any ideas, thanks in advance

No hard and fast way to jet a carb. You need to buy a couple of jet packs, go through them one by one to find the ideal one for your set-up, start big and work down, then do plug chops every 10 miles or so to see if its running lean or rich, and change the jet size accordingly.
Too lean a jet and you kiss goodbye to the piston early on, too rich and it bogs and fouls the plug.
If I remember rightly, Minor put a guide on here all about carb jetting, its worth a read.
Jetting can be time consuming to get it right, so patience is a virtue, its the only way you will get it right.
Plus with the pm 70 kit on it, you will have to fit a gear-up to stop the engine over-revving the gearbox.
