    1. Hi guys,
My little Jetforce 125 starts and runs perfect but after approx 2 miles the exhaust overheats? It actually glows red when you look down the pipe?I,m thinking the cat is blocked?Any ideas?

    Ta in advance!

Hi Cola is the engine overheating too? If it is that could easily be another reason why your pipe is so getting so hot.

Does sound like it's the cat then ..can't think what else could be causing the block and overheating

Normally that would be correct but this little scooter is fuel injected and I have changed over all the components as I have another spare non running bike!

Is the exhaust valve opening enough?

I've seen this on a runner VX as well last year, looked like it was getting ready to fire a missile:D, the owner changed the exhaust and it didn't happen again.
Might be due to a build up of carbon in the pipe.
Never did find out the true reason for it.....
