you shouldnt really be running it without upjetting the carb and deffo shouldnt be giving it full throttle to see what you can get out of it with that pipe fitted you will be running lean now without upjetting and that will just lead to it seizing. as for top speed it will only go as fast as the gearing will allow no matter what you do to it

A bigger main jet will be needed, somewhere around a 65, you need to use the biggest jet that the engine will run cleanly when the throttle is wide open without it gagging. It's down to you to find what jet it want's to run on.

different engine, so will be different jets, you're looking anywhere from a 65 to a 72 region, I'd buy a box of 6mm dellorto jets, you wont get much more than 50 with a pipe (real speed), I got 52 on a speedfight 2 with a zx, (setup on a dyno)

The 2008 model uses a piaggio NRG engine if I remember right so the stock main jet should be a 53 so you want around a 60

Dont bother with a filter, im running a 78 jet in mine, after many attemps this is some where near.

Bassically ride at half throttle. At say 30mph, if u open the throttle slowly all the way to full you shouls hear the engine revs increase accordingly

If it dies as you get closer to full and picks back up as you close a little uts to lean,

But to be honest you need to do this right as its possible to cause serious damage!
