hi all, i have recently brought a zx leo vince exhaust for my bike and i was told i would have to get it to get max performance out of it. it has standard variator and stand clutch springs, i will buy a variator set ect if needed? thanks
if its the same engine as my aerox 100cc then i have the following zx pipe (includes 7.7gram rollers which are too heavy i found) im currently on 6,3gr of rollers Jet size stock is 76 in my tk carb, i whent to an 86 as its the next biggest i could get in stock the pipe looses most of the low down torque i found and i have had to fit the stiffest malossi clutch springs
cheers for your help m8, i think my rollers or the clutch spring is on its way out because as i pull off it jerks and once it gets too bout 10mph its fine. i tried to remove the variator nut to check the rollers but struggling to get it off as everything turns.
not if you turn the engine over by hand until it touches the stopper, then apply gradual force on the nut your removing, ie dont slapp the stopper in, then jam the rachet hard and have the piston spin round and smack the stopper. pretty easy to use and fairly safe, i have used mine a fair few times
