Right I finally got the variator out so I need to order my rollers. How do I determine what weight rollers I have so I can figure out which weight I need to order to go with the new exhaust and jet size? What sort of weight should I be looking for?

I removed the old jet and it was size 70, so which jet sizes would you recommend I order?

The pipe I got is the chrome stage6 race replica and its going on a minarelli horizontal a/c 50cc

I have indeed but everyone is different lol

I understand that its quite a triel and error process anyway but I just need somewhere to start.

order something like a 72,74 and 76 jet....

and either look on your rollers for the weight written on them or weigh them on some kitchen scales....

probably order a few sets of weights starting at half a gram lighter ;)

    thanks dave

trust me to have rollers that dont have the weight written on. I dont have scales either so I think i'm going to have to nip into woolies and use the ones in the pick and mix section :p

depends what carb you got, some are 5mm (mostly aftermarket carbs)

and some are 6mm (mostly std fit carbs)

Note i did use the term "mostly" before someone says "my carbs aftermarket and uses 6mm jets!!

have a look on your carb, the make, size and model number should be stamped on it somewhere...

for example my carb has Dellorto 20.5 PHVB.
