ight. im sick of my ludix being pretty much standard and i need to fit a new stator anyway so i figured id make it a project :)
    what iv got planned is:
    new stator (fitted)
rear disk conversion with aerox wheels (rear wheels stripped just need to buy adaptor)
renthal handlebars and polished brake levers and reservoirs (done)
full re-spray including frame (wanna re-do)
    side stand(done)
polished tranny case (done but laquer went orange. doing again)
white seat. (greeny creamy white done)
    70cc kit
    dopler s3r
    gear up primary and secondary
    new clutch
    cleaned engine (done)
    smaller number plate (done)
and a bigger carb and open airfilter. (open air filter done)

    what iv done to date.
half way throught the respray just waiting for good weather again.

i was thinking someone would do a ludix soon, there so small and light only thing holding them back is there peugout engine.

if you want to tune it loads it would probly best to mod it to accept a piaggio or minarelli engine

would make a sweet one of a kind bike , but i dunno how much work you want to spend on it , either way i hope its a sweet project , nice one mate

i will post alot more pictures once i have finished the work i am doing at the minute and ordered a few bits. i know what you mean about the lack of performance upgrades :( i have a choice betweeen a polini and a malossi cylinder and they both have 2 piiston rings :(. i dont really want to swop the engine as i would like to keep riding the bike while i am doing it. ill have to put up with the rubbish cylinders available unfortunatly. unless anyone knows of a engine that would be a easy swop?
    thanks adam

lol whats wrong with 2 piston rings , much more reliable than one and especially if its your only transport its quite important to keep it running

i dont know , but i doubt any engine would slot into it easily

keep up the good work mate , should be a good runner when its finished

i love the ludix i got one myself as a lil run about, thing is bullet proof, great on petrol and oil and never misses a bit after all the abuse i give it , oh yeah and its a wheelie MACHINE :punk:

the problem with 2 rings is it means alot less power as far as i know and i am not to concerned about it being less reliable with only 1 ring because iv been riding the bike 44 months now and only actually rid for 1! keeps breaking maybe due to the weak spark witch is why i am replacing the stator after already replacing the cdi battery coil ht lead and cap. this is all i can think of that is left.

thank you for looking for me but it is the blaster so is lc

mine doesnt wheelie to well the clutch is naffed :( but its getting replaced :). iv rid my friends blaster and his wheelies without even trying. he pulls off at traffic lights and it just wheelies lol. although mine wheelied while i was trying to turn out of a petrol station once and i nearly hit a car because i couldnt stear

i will finish cleaning the engine and spray a few more panels tomorro if the weather is good then will update it :)

leather shouldnt really be used unless its treated as it will absorb the water and crack etc, you can get a leather imitation material that is specifically for bike seats
