Italjet dragster steering bushes

Does anyone know where I can get the steering bushes for the italjet dragster or if anyone has made them ?

I used to get my dragster spare parts direct from italjet.co.uk or try ebay mate =)

 

Yeah I have looked they don't have any and they are closing down completely now

Have you tried pedparts.co.uk? They do have parts for the dragster I know that for sure, you may not find it on the site but its deffo worth give them a call. They are helpful too I've always found that

 

I'll give them a try. I did not try them because they do not list italjet parts

 

True but as is quite often the case with Italian bikes they share parts with Gilera Runner FX, Aprilia SR, Piaggio Skipper and the like which is quite handy to remember

 

Yeah all the engine parts do the the steering on the dragster is the only scooter with that type of steering

I did but this was a while back now - +44 117 966 7988. Amazon have a surprising number of parts for the dragster. Have you looked there?

 

Yes and they asked for photo of the bushes but they do not have anything like it

 

Yeah I have looked on amazon all the engine stuff is available because its the same as piaggio. Just the steering parts I can't find. If I can't find them I will have to start looking into getting some made.

 

Yep sounds like you might have to- should be fairly easy for someone with the knowhow to make I would of thought

 

Should be quite straightforward to make these, italjet site gives you the sizes for them:

Type 1 Size - 13 x 20 x 9

Yeah italjet do list the rough size. Hopefully the new dragster uses the same bushes. it should be out end of the year
