Is this the right Carb for my scooter?

Hi I have a 125cc Sinnis Shuttle scooter I want to replace the Carb I believe the engine is a GY6 and have seen these in ebay can you tell me which one I should get? Thanks

What is wrong with the carb?

 

Over 40mph the engine is hiccuping very slightly the engine is labouring every few seconds. Took carb apart it looked fine apart from a ring around the carb float needle so just decided to replace this needle cause saw online that this may cause problems above 40mph?

 

Sounds like a float problem yeah, like it's getting starved of fuel.
Guessing it's proving difficult to get just the needle?
