    Exhaust side sounds fine,
other side sounds like rattling or something is loose etc but not sure as I only just bought the Bike and dont know much about these ones (i've had Chinese ones)

Does it do it when you ride it aswell? When the rollers or belt get a bit worn they can do that

Is the rollers or belt easy to replace?
and how would I know if they're too worn?

Yeah the transmission does make strange noises when it starts to get a bit worn out which might be what you're hearing

The belt you just have to check the width of against the minimum width..which I don't remember:oops: The rollers you pretty much just have to look at aswell but they're behind the variator obviously. If you haven't taken off the variator on this engine before you'd definitely need to get the locking tool or an impact gun to undo the main nut but its not all that complicated apart from that..lots of vids on youtube showing how to change belts and rollers in under an hour and such.

They should both be done every 4-5k or so on this engine

Found out the Bendix was knackered, got a new one, seems ok, well... better, going to give it a longer/faster run soon!
