I am thinking of buying a aerox standard and tuning it, I want to to put a mallosi 70cc bore kit, Doppler crank (anyone know how much it will cost to fit a crank at a garage), 6g rollers, mallosi multi varitator, mallosi belt, torque spring(not sure what one to get), race clutch springs, 19mm carb and manifold, is there anything else I would need to make it as reliable as possible, thanks

I found this on another bike forum and it's so true.

150+ due to the time involved in a strip and rebuild. If you are spending that money, then spend a bit more, replace the main bearings with new ones and get them to jet up the carb properly for you. A new crank on old bearings is false economy and could damage the crank if they are worn. get a Kevlar belt as they are more durable and will handle the stress of the upgrade better. You haven't mentioned a new exhaust, do you plan to keep the original one?

Once this is finished, use the best two stroke oil that you can afford. Ideally, use a racing one as it will provide better lubrication to the aluminium cylinder and the piston. If you haven't cheap-skated on the cost of the parts, then why go cheap on the 2T oil?
