Is there a washer that goes behind or somewhere on the clutc

    On a clutch Typhoon 125 engine.

    Is there ment to be a washer and you have one? :cool:

    yes there is, on the older shape engine there is a thick washer that goes on the shaft before the clutch on the newer style engine there is a slightly larger thick was that goes on after the whole clutch and bell has gone on, it sitrs on the shaft between the clutch bell and kickstart case hope this helps

    i have looked for a new one and i cant find it, might be easier to just make one up?

    it stops the rear pulley grinding on the gear case, look in my project and you will see that its happened.

    :wtf: Got one for my typhoon at a main dealer. They had it on the shelf and as far as i remember it cost pretty much nothing.

    been to a piaggio stockest i needed 1 for ce but they dont stock them i dont think usually i got one from the boys in the workshop so ask around

    Metropolis in vauxhall can get them and may even have one on the shelf.

    Part number 1 on that diagram so they do have a part number.

    Vauxhall is on the same line as me if I come out of the station is it far?

    I rang them they said 2-3 days they ordering it but I don't think he will cos he said I have to come in and order it they dont do phone orders..

    Where else?

    You must have sounded dodgy on the phone then. I've ordered plenty of times over the phone and it's next day on pretty much all piaggio parts.

    I was in there today as well.

    Haha. Urm if I ring them tommorow and they say they haven't got it do you think you can order it and ill pick it up.

    They msut not like me?
