You are asking on a scooter forum what is better out of a tuned scooter and a stock 50cc bike? Pretty silly question. 50cc geared bikes are a total waste of time. They have no power at all and you just spend the whole time changing gear. It's bad enough on 125 geared bikes.

You had that answer already. Any low cc geared bike is pointless unless it's just for learning before passing your test. That's coming from someone who has owned a low cc geared bike as well.
