ive had enough of my speedfight being slow and braking down on me, and ive decided to get a runner. theres plently of cheap a/c models around, and im just wondering is there any real power differnce between the a/c and l/c ones? cheers.

an air cooled runner ????? :confused:cratch:

liquid cooled is slightly faster than air cooled as standard, and L.C can be tuned further,

any scooter with a piaggio engine will be an improvement over a Peugeot engine...

thanks for the quick reply. and yeh seems there quite a few air cooled runners advertised, is the difference very noticeable on similar setups?

All Runners were liquid cooled, theres no such thing as a factory standard air cooled Runner :glare:

if you want an a/c piaggio get an nrg. my bro had one it was quick as hell not alot off difference between a l/c or a/c in standard form

they will kick the crap out of a speedfight either way

im not really after an a/c, just wondering if there was any difference because theres a few cheap runners around that say a/c, though i now know theres no such thing

my old bike was a speedfight 100, i got bored of it really quick and sold it then bought an aprilia sr125 with the same air cooled 125 as typhoons, ive never looked back, the difference between peugeot and piaggio engines is amazing,
to me the speedfight was like a kids toy in comparison to the sr,

in that case some cave man has fitted an air cooled engine into a runner, its a direct fit anyway...just slots in place of the liquid cooled engine :)

it all depends on how far you want to tune really, on a near standard or mild tuned sport 70 set up, it wouldnt make too much difference really...
