add your music to iTunes (file - add file (or add folder) to library then select the music you want. next plug your ipod in and it should ask if you want to copy all the music over, it may want to do some basic setup first, i can't remember. its all pretty easy, just read the on-screen instructions. you can only use itunes to put music on (unless you want to start messing about with other software)
sync i pod to i tunes, download music and drag it into the i tunes iibrary then click update i pod or summin like that, i duno bout bigger i pods, cuz on the shuffle you just drop and drag the songs onto the ipod bar at the sside of i tunes. will hellp you out more later, going pub brb :bird:
to be fair the ipod instructions i got were utter crap. if you google it or use itunes help then there's loads of guides.
just got a shuffle ive already got a mini ipod but when i connect the shuffle it says the software isnt on the computer even though i have i tunes just downloading the new i tunes hopefully that works
yeah i had the ipod video but sold it was utter crap and was to big, so i know have the latest samsung mp3/mp4 player looks the buisness and is really slim looks like the i-phone
I've had an Apple 2x Ipod nanos. (first gen) and you have to use ipods software all the time and sound quality isn't all that and the standard headphones are wank. So i just use my walkman phone - good sound, in ear headphones and you can put music on it anywhere
seconded, theyre a clever bunch now the new ipods only accept songs that was paid for via itunes, @ 79p a song, it starts to get expensive e.g. 1000 songs costs £790!, you can buy legal tunes with napster as much as you want the whole buffet, £14.99 a month.. zens are the best, accept anything even wmp which reduces space and seem to be cheaper
hows that if ive just downloaded the new i tunes got a new ipod shuffle and its full of songs and i havent paid for one
i know i dont know what your chatting mate all the times ive used itunes and havent had to pay for a snog.
