rite then me and my mate was out ont scooter last night and i wwent round a corner into macdonalds and there was liek a pull in bit straight after the corner i pulled into it and\ my mate was behind up my arse and he dint know i was turning in and he plowed into the side of me his bike was shall we say fucked cos it was one of these chinese things. anyway mine only got scratched and he collected up the bits and put it back togeather to get him home. now tonight i go on msn and his mum starts giving me all this shit about that shes going to the police and going through the insurance i mean what should i be doing if the insurance contact me or the police should i be gettin it put back togeather sharpish i cant see it being blamed on me im just pissed off cos itll fuk my insurance for when i get a car. hes being a real prick and going it was obviously my fault for not indicating but im saying it wouldnt have happend if u were up my arse where do i stand ? quick as please if poss any advice

Yup if his mother gives you anymore stick tell her what happened down to the finest detail and tell her, YOU WILL be claiming off his insurance, if she decideds to try and claim off yours their is a snowballs chance in hell that she'll get a payout.

yep tell her to contact the police if she likes...because if he hit the back of you its his fault he wasnt following at a safe distance to stop in case of an eventuality years ago i knew someone who had an old car, and one day he was driveing down the road and his back axle seized up solid and the car behind, which was quite expensive ploughed into the back of him!!! just claim off his insurance, your bikes not too damaged but its still damage and as he got his mummy to try and claim off you you should just destroy his NCB and his mums ego.
