    i say over the phone.



    use the internet for a rough idea but when you ring up you can tell them exactly about the bike. exactly what security etc so its better in the end.



    some firms come up grands on the internet when its cheaper over the phone :D

    most insurance companies still give u the online discount if u ring em and ask for the 1 of the internet team :D
