    Cost: £209.57 (includes uninsured loss recovery and roadside recovery)
    Cover TPO
    Location: Holyhead, N wales
    Age: 16
    Full time student
    Annual Milage 2999 ... done just over 2000 since beginning of policy on 25 aug :confused:

    When I sold my KLE500 and bought a Majesty 125, I was surprised when my insurance went up, even though the scooter was in a much lower group.
    They said it was down to the number of scooters stolen each year compared to for example my KLE.

    As for paying £400 odd for your sr50, I feel sorry for younger riders, cos you pay out almost what the scooter is worth and if it gets nicked they only pay out market value minus a usually high excess.

    But remember insurance is also there to cover you if you were to seriously injure someone, they can be properly compensated. :nerd:
