Insured my new Bike on Tuesday, Honda PCX 2013, had 2 years no claims bonus so paid the £25 to change over, then £21 extra because of the Bike, and now when my renewal is up im paying £152 for the next year, not bad as I thought it would be over £200.

not really. apart from immediate family nobody knows where I live now. just that ive moved to Solihull. they can try getting my bike now. 3 ground anchors put into the garage today. 3 big hefty chains, 2 disc locks and ive put "heavy duty" locks on the garage along with a alarm. good luck not waking me when you try nicking my bike and if you do try, my dog likes chavs arms quite a lot. :)

The dtr is my commuting bike, absolutely lovely to ride, such a headturner when it hits the powerband,
I had the dtr for 3years now and its still goes strong, one new piston and clutch and thats it, best bike ive ever owned... apart from the cr250 but that's a different story ;)

sorry but I call bullshit on the £50 fully comp a year thing especially at 21. not even my granddad who has been riding since he was 16, had his full licence since he was 18 and never had an accident/points on his licence, always had a bike can get his quotes that low. he has a Honda 50 and he pays £79 a year fully comp on that. his cb400 is £109 a year fully comp.
