Hello, I am trying to remove my front pulley but the nut is wayyyy to tight! It won’t even work with an impact wrench. Do you have any ideas I have a Piaggio fly 50cc (4t 4v)2012
Know any garages around your area your familiar with ?,take 2 seconds & if you handle it right should be able to score a freebie.. Had that issue with my Zip 50;.
Impact rattle gun, it would have only been torqued to 45-50 Nm so it's not tight, if it's so tight it would have stripped the thread !
Sometimes its a bitch to remove if the variator isnt secured properly. Do you use any tool to lock the variator in place? I dont know how your engine looks but something like this: https://www.pedparts.co.uk/product/768/piaggio-variator-locking-tool
