In dire need of 2 parts!

    Okay, im about to buy a peugeot zenith/speedake/buxy , regardless i am buying it.

    i need to get a headlight, and a headlight shroud for it, i cant find them anywhere, can someone suggest where i could get them from, or something i could get that will fit?

    There are a few breakers on ebay selling other parts for it so I would drop them a call or an email. Pretty much all of them list a number on the item page.

    Otherwise you are going have to try and either buy a headlight from a different bike and wire it in or buy a universal headlight and wire that up. Would also have to make up something to mount it to or change the handlebars.

    MM okay thanks terro thats very useful, ive contacted a breaker, but i was thinking that i could buy another moped's headlight, and then take the speedometer off my bars and just get a digital one, like do renthal style bars without the speed and stuff, then put the headlight in the front panel? just dremel a slot big enough to fit the headlight, wire it up, and it should be all good, just wondering because all i need it to do is pass an mot with the light.

    do you think this would work?

    Sounds fine. It's a 50cc so the light requirements to get it through an mot are a bit easier.

    Not cheap to fit a full set of handlebars and all the switches etc however!
