Importing a frame from another EU country?

Hi there,

I have been desperately looking for a frame for weeks now, but I just cant find what I want. I have the ooportunity to get a fame professionally done from France but can someone share some lights as to how I would go about getting it registered in the UK?

I would have papers for it and would like to get a bike running in here.

I just cannot find anything online about it.

 

you going to have to build up the bike first and then take it to dvla to inspect it etc its gona be down as an import, and as u only going bring the frame u obv not gona pay any charges at the boundaries so there is some fine or something if you imported a a bike or car without telling any one hope it helps

The slider is fine. working perfectly (need to update the thread with videos).
