hi people my name is haydn Im from Huddersfield and I own a peugoet speedfight 2 100cc im 22 and I have a small problem I read forums of the same like this and I carnt find one regarding my problem...on my log books it says my bike is a 4t but my brother and his mate insist its a 2t how do I tell the difference? thanks

 

Hi mate, noise difference is the most obvious, youtube 2 stroke then 4 stroke, 4 strokes are a lot quieter, should really find out soon so you don't put the wrong oil in and mess your bike up!

 

hi it sounds like 4t and ive put 3 bottles of Castrol 4t oil in it still rides okay but it is smoking ive been looking all over net for answers and I carnt find a 4t 100cc speedfight 2 ​

welcome along, if its a 4 stroke it will be smoking as its got too much oil in it

 

put 3 litre of 4t Castrol oil in so far and it runs okay but I put the oil under the seat next to the petrol (y) thanks

sounds like you shuold be using 2t oil.
you need to get the plastic oil tank out and clean it thruogh, then fill with 2t oil.

i'm surprised you havnt siezed it up.

 

Its a 2 stroke!!!! Why would there be a bottle for oil under the seat on a 4 stroke Lol??? 4 strokes don't consume oil!!!

Firstly I have never heard of a speed fight that is 4t, secondly, 3litres of oil in it? Really? That's more than u put in a car, thirdly 2stroke oil always get put in a separate tank next to the petrol. Ur lucky if its still running tho. Just don't use it now until u have have cleaned out all the 4t oil.
