im back with a semi project ;)

im back on SS after a long time due to changing bikes. i now have a yamaha dtre 125 and have also still got the stalker as my brother is going to have it when he is 16.

The project

i have acquired a piaggio sfera 50 engine (same as zip i think) from college and im going to strip clean polish and use it on the gf's zip when she gets it heres some pics of whats been done so far


started to polish the side casing had to stop tho need some more paper and some mops for the drill






barrel and piston scored to high heaven lol



got some new sand paper and wire brushes for the drill



vairiator, clutch, crank, rear wheel and flywheel need to be out so the cases can go in dish washer lol
