    Hello,

For the past few weeks I've been having trouble with the ignition. After kinda fixing the timing, the woodruff's kept breaking. Solved by torquing the flywheel nut more. More, like, as much as I could while holding the screwdriver in place and tightening the nut with a 90 degree nut key.

Drove 70km's and suddenly on the highway it fell apart. Opened the ignition cover. The nut and the washer fell off, also found the broken woodruff. The flywheel could be taken off with my hand.

Is this a too soft nut torque issue? Should I use a thread lock? Anything else? Please help. I can't solve this problem for a whole week. :(

Not enough tension on the nut. Use some threadlock too.
