take the panels off that give you access to your switch and you will see the bolts that holds it in.undo the bolts and it will undo your bike.
ignition switch on mine fell to bits in normal use so never had the problem with my bike..hammer and a screwdriver whipped in it will do the trick too..good idea of marks.if that fails..hammer..screwdriver....that will fix it
depends on what its on... Do you have a spare key? if the barrel is side mounted like a ped, you could take the electrical switch off the back and poke the remaining bit of key through the barrel from the rear and then use the spare key til you get a replacement cut. If its in the top yolk, take the yolk off and then hit it against a solid wooden post (so its not marking the yolk) the sudden stop will work the key to the top so it could be gripped with fine pliers or a pair of tweezers
