idle screw?

    hey just refitted me 70 kit and its full throttle on idle...

    anyone know what could be?

    i think my mate mite of fuked about with a screw :mad:

    Idle screw yeah. the biggest one on the carb. Twizzle its nozzle

    If no change check your thorottle cable aint stuck,

    I cant say as i dont have or ever had had a gurtner carb.

    Its usally the one with a plastic grip on it so u can change it easier

    the one connected to the throttle cable? lol

    ive never had to do anything with my carb o_O


    if i look in where the carb goes onto i can see the throttle pin its halfway up and when i pull the throttle back it goes all the way up where shoud it be ? lol

    Check your throttle cable isnt twisted or inserted wrong too because i had the same thing and it turned out the cable was twisted.

    how long should i leave the bike running on premix for the oil to be running clean again?

    usually on the left of both screws and bigger! screw it in it goes more of a bumbumbumbumbumbum scream it out and it goes bummmmbummmmbummm scrwew it otu even more it goes ................................................

    no, he put his slide in backwards... common mistake (no ammount of idle ajustment will make it rev up that high, at most you get a 5-10mph wheel speed and half revs... and even thats in extreme cases
