    Hi guys,

Currently having an issue with my Dellorto phvb 20.5 idle screw, first of all I noticed that somehow I'd lost the screw from the carb so I went and got another, put it on and all was fine, went for a ride and returned home to find once again the screw has gone while riding..

    Ideas?

    Thanks.

Did you fit the spring on the adjuster screw?

    Suggestions anyone?

It seems the idling has gotten rough and not much I can do without a new screw :(

Have you checked the thread in the carb? It's either drill/lockwire screw or change the carb! That's what I'd do anyway.

Thread was fine, stuck another one in which is slightly different and a weaker spring as advised by local garage.

Should it have a small inner rubber washer / gromet , some do and this may snug it up or reduce vibration.
If you know the right setting then you could consider threadlock if you want to risk it on your carb?
