Idle mixture setting

    That's really good cos you can hear what a lean sound and response is as opposed to reading someones description of the sound.

    fort it was if u screw clockwise it makes it leaner and anti clockwise its richer? :confused:

    Thats lean sound when hes revving it sounds like when your sucking last of your drink through a straw lol

    Its always clockwise to richen- as you screw it in, it gradually blocks off the air passage.

    Been lookin for this video... been all over the web searching lol...

    never thought to look in guides on here o_O

    Would have a fiddle now but all my panels are bolted on and i really cant be bothered to go back out and unscrew them all again .. ( done it 3 times today )



    So let me get this straight in my noggin, each time you adjust the screw, give it a little revs till it settles back on idle and listen for that nice idle sound ?

    so i take this vid is not a twist and go as back wheel still on the ground and does not appear to move at all

    It is a "twist and go" not all wheels spin when on idle etc.

    true but when you rev they do and if he is adjusting mixture/idle by reving and letting it idle then reving again to see if it bogs the wheel should move surely
