ID my zip/nrg stator wires and loom please with pics

Hi my zip as for wires coming off it black...yellow...blue....green... and im trying to wire it up but the wiring diagram ive found online doesnt show those colours....also under the floor ive found a green/yellow and a grey wiring off the main loom going nowhere where should they go.

Anybody have a idea or is easier just to get a new loom.

And are all zip wiring looms the same? will a y reg loom work on a x reg moped

I would suggest a haynes manuel they are very helpful indeed and the four wires you are refering too.... peopple could do with a little more info on where they are! If everything is working fine on the bike and u have no problems then seal the ends tape them up and fasten them out of the way.

If you are really wanting to get rid of them and u are not sure what they are for u can strip down the loom and trace where they come from.... This is not an easy task and does take time and patience so not recommended unless you are feeling very confident as you could cause more damage than good!!

Thanks for reply ...After a weekend of trying to work out the mess of wiring that is a loom I have been beaten by it and have now ordered a new loom.

The previous order had chopped and cut into the loom in so many places and they had used different coloured wires to join it together .

I brought the moped knowing the lighting wasnt fully working and I can see why.

Anyway it will soon be sorted when new loom comes.,

Ok So Ive fitted the new loom but I`m stuck on where these wires go..

And the wires coming out of engine there are 2 sets, they all have spade connectors on then that the previous owner put on.Any idea where they go.

At the moment I have the one set of engine wires going into cdi so it starts and the other set are just hanging like this
