got a can of matt black and have decided to do abit of spraying
1st cut the wire clamps off the underneath of the frame and then flattened it using a file, dremel and sand paper. Then I have given it a quick coat of matt black will be sanding it back abit as its not too great then ill put some primer on

would look quite good to just laquer ontop of this

and been making a new chequer plate footboard

it fills the whole board and have removed the shield that covers the gap at the back of the footboard so its going to go in there abit more aswell

also wrecked my nice mattblack finish while sandin the filler by grabbing hold of it lol always make a stupid mistake or several while panting

nothing beats abit of primer run/reaction to make it look shite lol, ahwell its just to keep the rust of it for the nite

remove oil tank and run wiring loom and throttle cable etc through the frame

 

yh hopefully it will look mint
wont be able to get any of the engine bits just yet i dont think but it should be orange and matt black asap

 

that pic is what im filling, to show im not bodging a dent it is the factory indents made for the foot pegs.

 

I think you need a better camera. Or to take the pics a bit further away!

Your idea of a 19mm carb is pretty pointless. Get a 21.

been making my foot plate today at college


was using a plasma cutter and was having abit of a play on abit of it i was cutting off, well thought i was lol :/

so got it tig welded and grinded the top off, will be using a dremel to tidy up the weld

 

70kits gona be 1 of the last things im buyng lol
