got a gilera ice that loves to over heat.. just seen a few pictures on the internet of other ices and they have a different fan on the side, looked on a few sites and kind find any.. anyone know were to get a different fan or cooling system?..
nah its got an over sized piston and ive boared out the barrel, and yeah its air cooled.. any ideas what to do?..
Has the head still got the plastic cowling going over it? Because without it every ice has a tend to over heat.

its problem of all ac bikes especially higher cc , my brand new malossi 70cc blew up on big road when i was only going like 50. cant stop it unless u get some extra electric fan of runner maybe or just go for lc it looks really good on ice
yeah i have to cruise at 45 ish can go up to 55 - 60 but only for few seconds.. do you know were i can buy one?.. yeah been looking for a runner 125 engine but hard to come by..
thy shiny red tuning on facebook all gily fans r there so something might pop up maybe even the engine
