ice conversion mounts

having problems with my ice conversion.. just cut down a double arm 50 mount out of a typh to replace the single arm one that came in the ice (that connor cut down after 605 stellas)

but now ive got the new one in it seems to be shorter than the old one and the engine sits too close to the frame is it because its an ice ?? or are these mounts shorter or something?

 

they are fooking tight in the ice's i used a re-enforced ice on as it sat abit better that way

got it in with the typh mount now but it sits dodgy
