buy a 100, 110 and 115 and put a new spark plug in and then go aloge at full throttle for about 30 seconds then see what colour the insulater bit is it should be a tanned/brown colour when it is that colour your bike will be jetted perfecly

i have exactyly same setup as u mate apart from a dopler air filter.
i run my jet on a 78 and run the bike on a premix, works fine for me and my bikes hit a genuine 64-65. very good acceraltion too and not to demanding on petrol

I have a Polini Corsa, 17.5 carb, Molissi air/sponge filter, orginal air box, 4.5 rollers, and a 72 main jet, that is a tad rich....
Go out and buy a pack of jets, then you can fine tune it....
Those open air filters do drink a lot of gas....Petrol prices has come down in the USA, to $4.00 US, for Premium....which is cheap compared to the UK.
I am getting around 40 mpg US...which is down from 70 before kitting....
I am thinking about a overdrive kit, which one do you have?
