I Need Help With Carb Tuning :/

    hi im new to tuning scooters and i have a suzuki ay50 katana, it has a big bore kit, a leo vince TT exhaust and 5,2g rollers. The bike gets to 45MPH quite quickly but thats when it tops out. it still has the standard main jet size (60) in and think i need a bigger size but dont know if i need a 6mm or 5mm jet please could some one tell me what i would need for the standard carb? :blush:
    i also want my scooter to be a little faster what else could i do to it? :grin:

    50s aren't meant to go fast, they're built for 30mph. You're not going to get much more than 60 anyway. Take the jet out and measure it?

    Omd. Dellorto carb ? Take the jet out and measure it. If you're using a 60 with a 70's and pipe ? You want 10-15% for the exhaust and another 5% for the 70's should be about right.
