I have a Yamaha aerox....

Im looking at getting a inner rotor, But my manual doesn't say which mm before tdc it should be sparking, Does anyone have a clue?

 

Assuming you are refering to an inner rotor ignition, they all have different settings depending on the brand.

what ignition did you go for?

 

I havnt got one yet but I wanna know information when when I do otherwise I'll have to be hanging around, I was thinking either artek or doppler

 

According to my manual its 14 degrees btdc at 5,000 revs.

 

Do you know what mm before tdc? It's complicated doing it by degrees, As I can get the timing tool screw it into the head and it's done instead of finding a degree wheel to bolt onto the crank and then doing all that
