On a 125cc & insurance etc. Im looking for a motocross style 125,2 stroke. Preferably quick. And within 40-60 miles of po7 6up. Thanks you lot
they aint qwick loool. erm thought about putting a off road bike on road? or getting a supermoto type bike?
my test is friday m8 ill see how i get on, since i last spoke its had new chain and sprocket set, new rear tyre and another set of rear brake pads
so you got left 2 grand an you want to just blow it on a shit bike? crossers have there place, its not the road. anyone with an on road crosser is a fag end of. there SHIT versions of crossers... so your taking a bike thats made to go off road, removing any functionality from it and then restricting it further.. so ye, shit bike, shit forks, shit tyres and a de tunned engine. better off with an rd than a dt... same as the rs over the mx... there just shit and anyone who has actually owned a real crosser and a road verson will agree if you want a high mantenance geard 2 stroke stick with road racers. each to there own brand wise but the tzr's piss oin the dt's, the nsr's piss on the cr's, the rs's piss on the mx's and your really not gonna take it off road with road tyres (trust me) so its fuck all use for "driving about to tracks and having a blkast) like most peope think
its each to their own taste really i like dts because ts versatile its the only bike ive kept for more than 3 months, gets lots of good looks too, all the time i park it up, wheelies piss easy and further than most 125 sports bikes and off road its pretty fun keeps up with most things if you give it enough beans and sounds nice too. i can get some good air on it too, i do alot of offroading on the track near me as its really good and i can hit jumps now about 40mph clear the jumps and land it good a sports 125 wouldnt cope with none of that, rode it on ice and thick snow, like fuck would an rs or a tzr have outhandled me on them conditions it just would have slid down the road on slippery 17 " wheels, and its a tall bike for its size its as tall as my mates cr250, top speed would be a little better 80 - 85 is not great but then i dont like doing it on trail bikes anyway thats what sports bikes are for, trail bikes are more practical for british weather and if you can ride properly you can keep up/ beat with most things on the road to about 60 - 70mph
J-nitro sling me a pm mate. Regarding the DT. Im quite interested. How far away from po7 6up are you? Well discuss further over pm,cheers.
yea sound mate, friday i do my driving test so ill see how i get on n let you know bud, im probably about 60 miles maybe i think if i can get their easy on A n B roads ill be there for you m8.
versitile? bruv, if you take that to a track your a waste man.. get a REAL crosser, a REAL road bike.. you cant havbe both, there SHITE
and where is this money coming from then???? have you even taken one offroad before?..... not bad for something wich is designed for dual purpose:
erm yes i have.... ive had a coup[le of road crossers thinking they will be opn par or good enough for off road... raced crossers my whole childhood cheers. road versions SUCK. like REAL waste of time.. why have one shit bike when you can have 2 GOOD bikes built do to one thing and one thing only..... not a shit bike that ios kind of ok for ether..... have YOU ever ridden a REAL crosser? me thinks not if your asking me such a silly question
