i cant view anyones images please help

hello all i tryed to look this up but couldnt find a thing . i had to format my comp reinstall everything including scooter shack

now when i click on say projects and want to look at others bikes no ones images show up justy says its loading lil thing spins and thats it but before i format the comp i had no problems .

do i have to install a program to view images ?
