sound familuar to you to? well thats because people seem to just make a topic about this again and again and again and again, when you fit a pipe and your bike "bogs down" it is a common problem, stock exhausts are made to make power low down and not rev, the opposit of a sports pipe. the rollers set the opperating rpm of your engine, you need to drop the roller weight, upjet slightly and fit some stiffer clutch springs. read this http://www.scootershack.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=12834 and this http://www.scootershack.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=12835 if you have any more problems post in here, dont make yet another topic about an aerox that bogs down, theres 10 topics below this one this week!!
proves people dont actually READ a single post!!?!?!??!?!! do you literally read the topic then start waffeling?
i got my aerox, is it worth derestricting pipe or getting the new one? im not going to get 70 kits i just vat like 55- 60 from my bike. thanks
my aerox would start when i fitted my yasuni but if u tryed reving it would bog straight out found out it was a leaking exhaust gasket
i fitted my new tecnigas pipe yesterday and it sruggles gettin past 30mph and feels like its gunna cut out, is this because i need to change the rollers and would 4.5g be ok?
fitted new pm tuning pipe with a 100 main jet and it keeps flooding then not starting maybe i need to downjet to about 80?
its a relevent post, says ask in here with any more problems of this sort.. saves people repeating themselves, like i just did
done all as said here on my mates speedfight, when he bought a new tecnigas pipe he changed to lighter rollers and only upped his jet about 8 sizes, also tried a lot of jets and it still bogs even with new spark plug and it has tighter clutch springs aswell:/
rollers still aint right then. go lighter.. the ones with the pipes are never right. keep dropping thre weight till you get the revs up, then add weight till the revs just drop off..
