Hyosung Prima 50 swapped with rally 100?

So I've been looking around online doing some research and from what im seeing the prima 50 and the rally 50 are basically the same scooter...and I'm also seeing that the rally 50cc and the rally 100cc are basically the same scooter... can anyone confirm this?

So my next question is if all said scooters are the same is it possible to swap the rally 100 engine into a prima 50? I mean since I'm sitting here in South Korea and there are tons of scooter shops here around post the 100 rally is an easy spare parts find...and would be an easy buy to swap into my scooter from a wrecked one... Thanks in advance for any info.
