hreitage front lamp.

hi Guys and Girls!
ive had a Peugeot Heritage 125 for about a month and was wondering if anyone else has problems with the front lamp being too bright. i get flashed by on coming cars and have cars in front put on their hazards. ive also had several discussions with drivers who think im riding with full beams on!
Any help appreciated!

 

Bulb in the wrong way round maybe? Or it could be the adjustment way out.
