How to remove piaggio engine bushes?

I recently baught the pm kit and tried removing it with the tool provided, however it just took the middle of it out and left the rubber and metal ring still in the engine? I tried hitting it with bearing to remove it but doesnt seem to move. How can I remove the bushes ?#

P.S: I'm selling the PM bush kit and just going to buy the original ones from piaggio.

 

Cut the rubber out then use a dremel with a small grind stone to cut through the steel sleeve. Once you've broke through (end to end)it will easily knock out.

 

Any other ways? & ways to install them?
