How to get Aerox middle stand of?

Thought this morning ill get side stand on, Having a go at getting this middle stand on and the rod thats holding it on aint budging how can i go around getting it of or what, using sledge hammer, chizel the lot. What do i do?

 

what i done is cut the middle bar in half mate then i wobbled it a lil used some washin up liquid and the left it to soke ewent bask to it 5 mins later wobbled it again then it come out pretty easy using a hammer
