How to fit PM head and skullcap on malossi 172 kit

Hi there. I have a runner 125 with malossi 172 kit.I've ordered a PM head and skullcap and i want you to tell me how to fit it on my kit.Also what else i should change.

just remove the old skull cap and cylinder head, put the new billet head and o-ring on and torque it up same thing with the skull cap. i would check the squish aswell but you could have spent the money on other things not going to see much of a performance gain on a standard 172 kit
