how to fit a runner back light

i know this is a stupid question but i dont have a clue. just as i left fo college this morning my lexus light turned up. so obviousely i want to put it on.



what i found weird about it is the middle lense that goes over the back light has got screws but they look like they screw into the frame or something



any help appreciated thanks

oh yer so waste petrol and you dont even know how to do its yourself. i was going to do it at thompsons as its under my seat

the lights now on. i did blow a fuse putting the wires on somehow but anyway its on and thats all that matters
