How to find registration for a bike

bought a ktm 125 exc road legal model but had been used on a farm for a bit just wondering how i would go about getting the registration as it has been lost with v5 somewhere along the lines but all frame & engine numbers are there ect:

will this work with just frame and engine numbers will i get a logbook back with registration ?
