how to derestrict lexmoto echo 50cc 69reg

hi, i have recently purchased a lexmoto echo 19 plate 50cc and im looking to derestrict the bike, iv been told that its not very easy, does anyone have any suggestions or guidlines please on how to do this.

Look to see if it has a carb or a fuel injector/throttle body. (Google 50cc scooter carb if you don't know what they look like)

The restriction is electronic via a wire to the Cdi coming from the transmission case, or the cdi has a built-in rev limit

 

ok and which wire is that.do I cut it?

 

You need to see if there is a wire going into your transmission. Google "Chinese 4 stroke scooter derestriction" there will be a video I'm sure

 

take it to a scooter /motorcycle garage to get the work done !

Take it to a shop and get it done

 

Take it back to where you bought it from, they sould be able to do it !

 

hi i really need help, ive got a lexmoto echo 50cc euro 5 version. its cdi is restricted and ive got an unrestricted cdi however it does not fit. im stuck and i dont know where to go fron here. i cant find any unrestricted cdi that will fit my bike. any help would be appreciated, thanks
