iv seen this being spoke about it spits and spats but never jus seen a list of everything you need to do to take a standard 50 and reg it as a 125 properly

for starters you need to make a good quality 125 no dodgy wiring secure engine ect

then what as far as i know its

high and low beam head light .
    number plate light
    mot
    change cc on v5

what else. do i need uprated suspension and brakes on my zip mk1 50cc to legaly turn it to a 125

I dont know everything but I know you got to modify the engine mount to get the engine to fit, then somehow make sure the rear wheel is inline with the front wheel, coz hacking away at the engine mounts will make the rear wheel go out of tracking.

Then say if your converting a runner 50 you need a runner 125 engine and loom, rad and waterpump, sp125 or vx front forks, headlight the lot basiclly, so might aswell buy a 125, there seems to be a few out there right now, on ebay theres a couple and on bike trader theres a sp125 and a couple of sp180's aswell
